When I export from my Shots page, why do my Shots show up as multiple rows in the CSV?

If you are wondering why your shots show up as multiple rows in the CSV, while exporting from your Shots page, then it is probably because you are exporting a shots page with a ALL TASKS Pivot table visible, which will have separate lines for each different task whilst repeating the shot.

Something that’s not really avoidable with the pivot showing as a .csv is quite a simple export medium.

We would suggest:

  • Either hiding the pivot tables all together

  • Or if the tasks are in different pipeline steps you could hide the ALL TASKS pivot table and display the individual pipeline step pivots so they all export on the same line.
