Hello everyone,

What’s Happening?

We will be performing routine maintenance on our infrastructure on 2020-08-23T04:00:00Z → 2020-08-23T19:00:00Z

This maintenance will only impact some sites, and at some point during the work those sites will be unavailable for a maximum of 60 minutes. The impacted sites have been notified via banners for the admin users. Please note that the IP addresses of your Shotgun site will be different after this change. Please refer to our support page for a list of all valid IPs for Shotgun sites.

Important Note: If your site is accessing Shotgun from behind a proxy or gateway, you may need to restart it in case our server information is cached.

Is My Site Impacted?

Your site will not be impacted if your site did not receive a banner.

Hello. Will this be changing to something new that is not currently on the support page? Or if we’re configured to allow for all the IPs listed we’ll know we’re ok after the maintenance?

Hi Jean-Paul,

The IP will be one of the ones listed in the support page but it will be different from the one your site has today. The note is there to make sure that clients verify any allowed IP rules on their side (if any).
