Hi @dietmar.kreider Indeed, this is a pickle… If that user has never done any work (since they only started today), one option would be to simply de-activate and trash the user they have right now and re-invite them. So no history lost. Otherwise, contact me via private message with your site and freelancer email. I’ll see if I can do something -Patrick
