PyInstaller and shotgun_api3 now working

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to let everyone know that PyInstaller now works out of the box with the shotgun_api3. I contributed a custom hook to the pyinstaller community hooks ( pyinstaller-hooks-contrib), which automatically installed if you pip install pyinstaller. Just make sure pyinstaller-hooks-contrib is on version 2021.3 and you’ll be good to go.
