Notes App saved layout fields going missing

I’ve had several users at my studio reach out about fields going missing from their saved notes app layout. While I acknowledge that a number of other users that may have overwritten the layout with a new save, the users are adamant that’s not the case since the fields on the left panel are the ones that keep going missing.

Has anyone seen this actually end up being a technical issue?

Same here. This is now coming up with brand new layouts too. Once the layout has been created and saved, the fields revert to the default list when loading it up.

Has this been confirmed as a technical issue in the end?
