I’ve noticed that when our team uploads any .mov file in a Version entity the attribute frame always count is empty even though the screening room app seems to detect the frame count right. Other attributes such as framerate were properly filled. After digging for a while in this forum, it seems that there is a way for Shotgrid to detect automatically but i just couldn’t find it.
