My SG won’t let me upload pdf’s but other team members are able. HELP!
Are you uploading pdf’s through a note, ticket or delivery; the ‘References’ tab or are you adding a version? And are you uploading different pdfs than your other team members or the same?
Can you please confirm the size of the pdf? The file upload process is optimized for files of 5GB or less. Uploading larger files may or may not succeed.
