# Unable to install new package rv 2022.3.1

this works on older versions, the file format is “plugin\_name-1.0.rvpkg”, but I get this error

> ERROR: Illegal package file name: /home/user/.rv/Packages/plugin\_name-1.0.rvpkg  
> should be either ‘name’.zip or ‘name’-‘version’.rvpkg

any idea?
