# Shotgrid Sequences Not Clickable On Creation

Hi,

I’m setting up a new show and want to do it correctly. Previous shows I’ve set up when I create shots or sequences I can’t click into the sequence. Is this behaviour correct? I want to be able to publish sequence level assets like reference footage and things of that nature onto the sequence itself rather than onto individual shots. Is it possible to have sequence versions?

Go into your site settings and enable Versions on the sequence entity.  
Then in the tracking settings make sure the hierarchy is setup so the breadcrumbs go like `sequence` → `shot`
