# SG Desktop does not open pipeline configurations

Hi, when i open SG Desktop and select my configurations to work with, the app get stuck on this:

and the console says:

2020-12-08 11:47:32,411 [DEBUG] [PROXY] Invoking pre engine start callback ‘\>’

any idea about what is the error?

I’m sorry to hear you’re hitting some issues. I think the support team will need to help you dive in deeper on this. I would recommend [popping a ticket in](https://support.shotgunsoftware.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) along with a link to this post, and a copy of your [log files.](https://developer.shotgunsoftware.com/38c5c024/)

I figured out the error: I had not copied my configuration to the folder path.
