I’m new to ShotGrid.
I’m trying to select multiple columns (fields), but can’t find how.
I also want to change the width of the pipline step’s columns width at once.

Hello there, welcome to ShotGrid! 
You can’t select multiple columns at once. If you’re looking to remove a bunch of columns at once, your best options are to go into Fields > Configure Columns, and select all the fields you want to see.
For resizing, if you resize a column width, go into the Page settings, and save the page, the column will remain that width whenever you re-open the page.
