Several users received migration invitations but waited too long to respond. How do I send them a new invitation?
If your site is still in the middle of the migration process (e.g. the padlock is still visible) : you can use the migration tool to re-send invites. Select the Expired invites
column and re-send the invites.
If your site is now using only Autodesk Identity, then the solution is to go in the People page and highlight all the users, right-click and select Resend invite
. This will be done only for those with a pending or expired invite.
We have an upcoming ticket to clearly show the invite status of users in the People page.
