# Personal Access Token

Cannot Bind the personal token.

An error occured (code: owner\_mismatch)

Where can find the mismatch part?

Hi @MichaelSSP

The user from which you get the Personal Access Token in [profile.autodesk.com](http://profile.autodesk.com) must be the same user on the ShotGrid side.

You cannot mix and match Personal Access Tokens between users.
