hey team  
I have mov 25 fps footage. I am trying to import it in rv player but rv gives unsupported format error. I checked in other forums but didn’t find any solution. Is there any way that I can import mov in rv player?  
Footage format; mov apple ProRes 4444  
25fps

Hi Rohit,

Thanks for writing in, I’ll be happy to help out here.

May I confirm what RV version you are using? Pre RV 7.6 Pro Res was not a supported codec in RV, we introduced support for this codec along with DNxHR in RV 7.6.

If you can confirm your RV version as a first step and then we can look further

Thanks for confirming, in that case if its possible we’d highly suggest upgrading to RV 7.6, that way you can benefit from native prores support.
