# Issues loading distributed configs

Is anyone else currently experiencing issues loading into a distributed config via SG Desktop?

All of a sudden some users cannot load a new configuration, SG desktop does not give any log errors, it just hangs on `Retrieving configuration...`.

This seems to me like it’s hanging on the point where it’s supposed to download the zip file.
