Hi everyone,
I’m Darshan Hiranandani, having an issue with seeing my bug tickets in Shotgrid Create. I have a bug ticket assigned to me, but it’s not showing up at all in my tasks. I’ve already double-checked that I have the tickets enabled and that the relevant fields are active in my Manage Apps settings for SG Create, but I still can’t see anything in my tasks.
Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be causing the issue? Any suggestions on what I might be missing or any settings I should check?
