Darshan Hiranandani : Unable to Launch Shotgun: 'UnicodeDecodeError' Error Message

Hi everyone,
I’m Darshan Hiranandani, encountering an issue when trying to log into Shotgun. The application fails to start, and I’m getting the following error:
UnicodeDecodeError: ‘ascii’ codec can’t decode byte 0xc3 in position 25: ordinal not in range(128)
Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice on how to resolve this or any workarounds to get Shotgun running again would be really helpful!"

We would need to know a bit more about how you are logging in, via a script?
What script are you using? What version of Python etc…
