Hi all,

We’d like our artists to be able to change the status of a note from open to close but the permissions page has this option greyed out.
How do we solve this please?

Can anyone from [@moderators](https://community.shotgridsoftware.com/groups/moderators) reply to this question? I’m also interested and I need artists to be able to change the “To” field in notes.
