# Anydesk freezing when taking tk Mulit publish 2 thumbnail

As the title states, Having some issues with multi-publish 2 freezing up an Anydesk session when the user attempts to capture a thumbnail.

Multipublish 2 itself isn’t freezing up, so its more of an Anydesk issue really, but is there anything I could do from this end besides telling my artists not to capture thumbs if working from home?

Any tips or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @JustinPedersen welcome to the forums!

Possibly installing [imagemagick](https://imagemagick.org/index.php) might help.  
The code will attempt to use that to capture the screengrabs if available but will fall back to other methods if not. I’m not sure if that would stop the freezing though.
