Adding signature

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there is any way to save a signature. I want to add a signature when I am sharing a file with the client via client review site. Since we have chosen shotgun over sharing files via mails, I am missing the option of adding the signature. Company logo is there but I think greetings and regards should also be there in the msg box.

Right now there’s no way to save a signature so that it’s automatically included with your email communication - sorry about that.
